Who we are: AgentsVerse Private Limited is the controller for personal data we collect and process unless stated otherwise.

1) Scope

This Policy covers personal data processed when you visit our sites, sign up for an account, use our software (including AI agents), or interact with our communications and support.

2) Data We Collect

• Account & billing data: Name, email, company, role, authentication identifiers, and (if applicable) billing info processed by our payment provider.
• Service data you provide: Configuration for agents, leads you upload, integration credentials (e.g., Slack/CRM tokens).
• Automatically collected data: Log data (IP, device, browser), usage analytics, and performance metrics.
• Leads & enrichment data (B2B): Company information and professional contact details about potential buyers gathered from public sources, customer-provided inputs, and trusted third-party data partners, consistent with applicable law and their terms.

3) How We Use Data

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
• Run AI agents (e.g., detect funding, enrich firmographics/contacts) and deliver outputs to your selected destinations.
• Communicate about service updates, security alerts, and support; send marketing with your consent where required.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce terms, and prevent abuse.

4) Legal Bases (where applicable)

• Contract (to provide the service you requested).
• Legitimate interests (e.g., to improve services, prevent abuse, process B2B contact data for sales outreach relevance).
• Consent (e.g., certain marketing; optional cookies).
• Legal obligation (e.g., tax, accounting).

5) Sharing

We share personal data only with:

• Service providers/sub-processors (cloud hosting, email, analytics, support).
• Integrations you choose (e.g., Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Google Sheets).
• Legal disclosures when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.

6) International Transfers

We may transfer data to countries with different laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) and vendor certifications.

7) Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business needs (audit, security, legal), then securely delete or anonymize it. Admins can request earlier deletion.

8) Your Rights

9) Children

Our services are not for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11) Changes

We will post updates here and revise the “Effective date.” Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice.
