AgentsVerse Cloud + HubSpot Setup Guide

Connect AgentsVerse Cloud with HubSpot and push just-funded companies plus enriched decision-maker contacts directly into your CRM for faster outreach.

What the integration does

AgentsVerse Cloud finds companies that recently raised funding, enriches them with company and decision-maker data, and sends selected records into HubSpot.

Before you begin

You need an active AgentsVerse Cloud account, access to your HubSpot portal, permission to install connected apps, and access to HubSpot CRM companies and contacts.

Sync direction

The integration currently performs a one-way sync from AgentsVerse Cloud to HubSpot. Existing records in HubSpot remain in your CRM unless you remove them manually.

How to connect AgentsVerse Cloud with HubSpot

Follow these steps to authorize HubSpot, configure the integration, and confirm that records are visible inside HubSpot.

Step 1

Open Integrations in AgentsVerse Cloud

Log in to AgentsVerse Cloud and open the integrations area from your dashboard. You will see available notification apps and CRM integrations, including HubSpot.

  • Confirm HubSpot is visible in the integrations list.
  • Click Configure or Edit next to HubSpot.
  • If HubSpot is already connected, the status will show as Connected.

Step 2

Authorize HubSpot access

When prompted, choose your HubSpot account and approve the requested permissions. These permissions allow AgentsVerse Cloud to create and update HubSpot company and contact records.

  • Select the correct HubSpot account.
  • Review the requested CRM permissions.
  • Click Connect app to complete authorization.

Authorization note

After HubSpot approval, you will return to AgentsVerse Cloud. The HubSpot integration should now show as connected, with the configured HubSpot account details visible in your integrations screen.

Step 3

Select contacts and push to HubSpot

From your AgentsVerse Cloud lead/contact view, select the contacts you want to send into HubSpot. Review CRM contact capacity and click Push to HubSpot.

  • Select one or more decision-maker contacts.
  • Review email confidence and available contact data.
  • Click Push to HubSpot to create records in HubSpot.

Step 4

Confirm companies in HubSpot

Open HubSpot and go to CRM → Companies. Newly synced company records from AgentsVerse Cloud should appear in your company list.

  • Check company name and create date.
  • Open a company record to review additional fields.
  • Use HubSpot filters, lists, workflows, or views for follow-up.

Step 5

Confirm contacts in HubSpot

Go to CRM → Contacts in HubSpot. Contacts pushed from AgentsVerse Cloud should appear with their primary company association where available.

  • Review contact name, email, and company association.
  • Use contacts in HubSpot lists, workflows, sequences, or sales views.
  • Continue outreach from HubSpot using your existing sales process.

Recommended first test

Start by pushing two to five contacts from one company into HubSpot. Confirm the company record, contact records, and company-contact association before syncing a larger batch.

Low-risk validation

Disconnecting or uninstalling

You can stop the integration from either AgentsVerse Cloud or HubSpot. Previously created HubSpot records remain in HubSpot unless removed manually.

Disconnect from AgentsVerse Cloud

  1. 1 Log in to AgentsVers Cloud.
  2. 2 Open Settings and go to Integrations.
  3. 3 Select the HubSpot integration.
  4. 4 Click Disconnect and confirm.

Uninstall from HubSpot

  1. 1 Open HubSpot settings.
  2. 2 Go to Integrations and open Connected Apps.
  3. 3 Select AgentsVerse Cloud.
  4. 4 Click Uninstall and confirm.

Troubleshooting

Most setup issues are caused by missing permissions, narrow filters, or unavailable contact data for a selected company.

Issue What to do
HubSpot connection failedConfirm that your HubSpot user has permission to install apps and try connecting again.
No companies appear in HubSpotCheck whether you selected records in AgentsVerse Cloud and clicked Push to HubSpot. Also confirm that your HubSpot account is still connected.
Contacts are missingSome companies may not have verified decision-maker contacts available at the time of sync.
Duplicate records appearReview existing HubSpot records and your AgentsVerse Cloud sync settings. Existing CRM data may affect matching.
