AgentsVerse Cloud Cancellation Policy

At AgentsVerse Cloud, we aim to keep everything simple. Cancelling your subscription should be just as easy as signing up. This policy explains how cancellations work for all AgentsVerse Cloud plans.
1) Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your AgentsVerse Cloud account dashboard. Once cancelled, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
2) No Refunds for Partial Billing Cycles
We do not offer refunds or credits for:
- Partial months
- Mid-cycle cancellations
- Unused features or unused data
- Downgrades mid-cycle
Your subscription stays active until the current cycle ends.
3) How Cancellation Takes Effect
After cancellation:
- Your account stays active until the billing period ends
- You will not be charged again
- Automatic daily runs and data deliveries stop after expiry
- You will lose access to previously downloaded data inside the platform, but files you downloaded remain yours
The cancellation is instant, but the subscription access continues through the paid period.
4) Trial and Promotional Discounts
If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. We do not take your credit card details for free trial.
Promotional discounts do not carry over after cancellation. If you resubscribe, pricing will follow the plan available at that time.
5) Payment Failures
If a payment fails:
- We will retry the payment multiple times
- Your access may be paused until payment is completed
- If payment remains unsuccessful, the subscription will be cancelled automatically
6) Reactivation
You can reactivate at any time.
Reactivation will follow the current pricing and terms available at the time of reactivation.
